Trade License
If anyone wants to do or operate any business in Bangladesh, he, she or any business entity must take a trade license from the Dhaka City Corporation of relevant office of different Municipalities (Union Parishad, Pouroshava, Upazila or Zilla Parishad) as of formal permission. The legal basis of this Trade License is found in Dhaka City Corporation Ordinance 1983 and the Municipal Taxation Rules 1986.
Without Taking Trade License, doing of operating any kinds of business in Bangladesh is illegal. An entrepreneur is required to apply with appropriate form and through the relevant office of Authority for hassle-free obtaining your desired trade license.
What We Do
Submitting Following Documents:
- Application Form from Dhaka City Corporation (North Form) or (South Form)
- National ID card of the entrepreneur
- Recent receipt or ownership proof
- Holding Tax payment receipt
- Recent passport size photo of the entrepreneur
- Declaration on non-judicial stamp to abide by the rules and regulations of City Corporation/Municipality/Union Parishad
- Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Agreement of partnership
- Work Permit from Board of Investment
- Statement of Bank Solvency
- TIN Certificate
- Frequently Visiting, Processing, Completing and Receiving Trade License
